Plans and recurring charges

• Monthly: £2.99, charged each month.
• Annual: £24.99, charged each year.

Each plan renews automatically using the payment method held by Stripe until it is cancelled. The price and billing interval are shown again at Stripe Checkout before payment. Any applicable taxes will be shown where required.

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who completes the purchase.

When access starts

Pro access starts after Stripe confirms successful payment and is remembered on the browser used to subscribe. By choosing a paid plan, you request that CourseCrafter Pro begins immediately so you can download GPX files without waiting.

If activation does not complete, keep your Stripe receipt and email hello@coursecrafter.co.uk.

How to cancel

You can cancel online without contacting us:

1. Open CourseCrafter on the browser where Pro is active.
2. Select Pro active, then Manage subscription.
3. Use Stripe’s customer portal to cancel.

You can also email hello@coursecrafter.co.uk if the portal is unavailable. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Renewals and price changes

Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew yearly until cancelled. If a price changes, existing subscribers will receive reasonable advance notice before a higher renewal charge takes effect and can cancel before renewal.

A failed or reversed payment may suspend GPX download access while Stripe retries or until the subscription is brought up to date.

Device-based access

CourseCrafter remembers Pro access on the browser used for purchase. On another browser or device, select Go Pro, then Restore Pro access and enter the email used at Stripe checkout. We will send a secure, single-use link that expires after 15 minutes. Opening that link restores the active subscription on the new browser.

An email address alone never unlocks Pro. If the restore email does not arrive, check the spam folder and then contact us with the subscriber email and Stripe receipt.

Receipts and support

Stripe handles payment information, receipts and the secure customer portal. CourseCrafter does not store full card details. For billing questions, cancellation help or a refund request, email hello@coursecrafter.co.uk and include the email used at checkout. Do not send card details by email.
